To monitor the distribution of PET material after the stretch blow molding process, segment weight analysis by hot wire cutter is the method of first choice. AT2E supplies hot wire cutters in manual (HWBC-1) and semi-automatic versions, including labor safe extraction of cutting vapors (HWBC-2).  For XXL samples is the new HWBC-1-L.

The fully automatic ACWD-1 cuts with highest precision a freely definable number of segments and automatically measures their weight, a measuring protocol is generated. Layer thicknesses are with highest accuracy determined by the AMTG-2. The new preform-and-bottle-measuring-system PBMS does your dimensional analyses contact-free optically, perpendicularity determination included. The Stress crack tester SCT is automatically testing the strength of bottle bottoms under forced conditions, the burst tester PBBT-2 determines the bottle burst pressure. Thanks to high-speed filling and reaching the maximum pressure level in just 0.5 seconds, the new version PBBT-3 additionally simulates the filling process! Water recycling and temperature control of filling water are further useful features.
