BrauBeviale in Nuremberg opens its doors from 12-14 November 2019 and AT2E will be there again this year.

The motto of the trade show is the minimization of PET material usage, AT2E offers a complete range of measuring equipment to solve this task!

To control the PET material distribution after the stretch blow molding process, segment weight analysis by hot wire cutter is the method of first choice. AT2E supplies hot wire cutters in manual HWBC-1 and semi-automatic version, incl. the labour safe exhaustion of the cutting vapours, HWBC-2. The segments are weighted with the AT2E precision balance PreciBal. The fully automatic ACWD-1 cuts with highest precision a freely definable number of segments and weighs them automatically, a complete measuring protocol is generated. Layer thicknesses are measured with high precision using the AMTG measurement. The stress crack tester SCT forcibly tests the strength of bottle bases under controlled conditions, the burst tester PBBT determines the bottle burst pressure.

There is also something for “The Brewer” this year: The CO2 measuring device CO2DA will be presented in a revised version. New are the BSD piercing-sampling devices for conveying samples also from 5L party kegs. The STS efficiently measures the forces involved in opening and closing swing stopper bottles, data interface included.
